The restaurant industry continually evolves in response to changing customer preferences and technological advancements. This research .project introduces the Smart Restaurant Management System, a web-based application developed using PHP technology with the Laravel framework. The system aims to address key challenges in restaurant management, including order accuracy, inventory control, and operational efficiency. The project begins with an exploration of the conceptual and theoretical frameworks surrounding smart restaurant management systems and the role of PHP in web development. Empirical literature reviews highlight the benefits and challenges associated with restaurant technology adoption. The research methodology employs a mixed-method design, encompassing system development, user feedback collection, and performance evaluation. Data is gathered from restaurant owners, managers, staff, and customers who interact with the system. Quantitative and qualitative analyses of this data reveal significant improvements in order accuracy, inventory management, and operational efficiency, as well as enhanced customer satisfaction. Challenges, including initial implementation costs, training requirements, and system integration complexities, are identified.
