Reliance On Financial Accounting Information For Effective Business And Financial Decisions In Corporate Organizations (A Case Study Of First Bank Of Nigeria Plc)

ABSTRACT

This research work aims at studying the Reliance on Financial Accounting Information for Effective Business and Financial Decision in Corporate Organizations using First Bank of Nigeria Plc as a case study. The historical background, statement of problems, purpose of study, hypothesis, significance of study scope and definition of terms were treated. The views of other of researchers, write-ups and views of people on the various textbooks used were brought to light. To enable the researcher accomplish his study, he used questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using research questions. The study shows that reliance on financial accounting information for effective business and financial decision in corporate organizations is highly reliable. Finally, recommendations were made which includes the recommendation for the employment of experience and skilled accountants by every business organization so as to ensure that reliable financial statement are prepared.
