ABSTRACT

No organization, no matter the type can survive without the requisite staff or personnel. Personnel or human resources are collective terms for all the people employed by a company, agency organization or institution. Like every other organizations, libraries employ staff who work to make sure that the broad and set objectives of the library is achieved. Large independent libraries and library systems usually have their own human resources office, while libraries that function as a unit within a larger organization may rely on the parent institution or organization for such services
