ABSTRACT
paper adopted a theoretical approach to explore the challenges ofglobalization in the enhancement °feducation and social development in the 21st century. The paperfocused on globalization, 21stcentury education and social realities of the educator in the 21st century globalization process and knowledge economy. The paper also examined the role ofglobalization in the 21st century education and social development and noted very significant areas ofcontribution and improvement.Challenges ofglobalization the 21st century educational advancement and social development. Thus, globalization ™jt multicultural composition is capable ofbringing about worthwhile transforming scholarship and other engagements in highly creative ways.
