Due to the inefficiency of human to solve problem at critical or get an actual measurement in a giving material, hence any job done by human is always referred to as Manual Job and after all manual jobs are not always perfect due to wrong finger alignment or wrong gazing. Because of these human inefficiency, scientist now metamorphosed to the development of computer system with the ability to elucidate their reasoning or suggested decision, display intelligent behaviour, draw conclusion from critical Tèiationships, provide portable knowledge etc hence, expert system (Artificial Intelligence "Al") incorporates all these capabilities or qualities and can be use to solve problems in any field of study such a quality aimed at developing a system that checks and infact control quality in unprocessed material, finished and unfinished services/products of PZ Cussons Plc, Aba. It will also reduce cost of production with respect to time andmanpower, boost efficient and effective productivity, inonitor the control measures and make appropriate corrective action when limits are exceed.
