ABSTRACT
The study investigated “Effect ofElectronic Marketing-on the performance'ofselected commercial banks in Umuahia, Abia state, Nigeria. ” The major objectives ofthe study are to determine the effect ofE-Marketing on commercial banks performance, to examine the effect ofinternet marketing on buyer behavior towards bank product or services. To achieve the objective ofthe study, survey research design was adopted. The researcher adopted primary data in getting the required information. In testing the hypothesis, multiple regression analysis and correlation model was used. The findings in chapter four reviewed that E-Marketing enhances marketperformance, customer satisfaction and profitability. Researcher recommends that the management ofE-Transaction should try and identify problems that users encounter when trying to e-marketing services; they should try to adopt measures like conducting seminars, conferences e. t. c.
