Abstract

The study was a research on the effect of personnel performance on multinational firms (a study of Cadbury Nig. Plc, Aba. The objectives of the study were to analyze the effect of motivation on organizational performance, to ascertain the effect of leadership on organizational performance and to determine the effect of organizational structure on organization performance. A well-structured questionnaire was used to collect the primary data for the study which were later analyzed using multiple regression after the study analyses the showed that motivation, organizational structure and leadership style are significantly contributing to workers altitude towards their job, that also payment increase motivated workers to like their job, also increase in overtime, education and staf, J remuneration contributed positively to organizational growth. However, the recommendations were that the workers in the company should always be motivated to enhance their productivity, remuneration and skills of the workers should be enhanced, also the educational level of the respondent should be upgraded to enhance skill level and productivity and finally, leadership and the organizational structure of the company should always be revisited so as to suit the organizational goals.
