Development Of A Management System For A Non Governmental Organization:- Nzekwe Chigozie

ABSTRACT

 The development of a nongovernmental management system evaluates the data management system and recommends a new strategy to integrate the information and improve efficiency. To accomplish this, a database management system is developed to identify issues in current systems and determine a prioritized list ofthe agency’s wants and needs. This project analyzes results from this process and provides recommendations to the agency. In addition, decision making process, the implementation ofthe new system, and delivered an implementation plan that included a third party to implementation process and provided training resources. These resources were aimed to make it easy for the management of a nongovernmental organization to become self-reliant in training new staffrvolunteers, maintaining, and troubleshooting the system
