ABSTRACT

This seminar introduces an Attendance Maintenance System designed to revolutionize the way iucational institutions manage student attendance records. Employing the Dynamic Systems levclopment Method (DSDM), the system offers an agile and user-centric approach to attendance acking. It aligns with five key objectives, including performance optimization, scalability, nproved user interface, database integration, and facial recognition implementation. To icomplish these objectives and the system utilizes OpcnCV and the face recognition library for nage enhancement tasks, ensuring efficient face detection, encoding, and comparison. Firebase irvcs as the database solution, facilitating secure and real-time data management. The user iterface is developed with Tkinter, a Python library known for simplicity and compatibility. It icludes essential components such as login windows, text inputfields, and real-time data displays, i summary, this system represents a significant advancement in attendance management within .iucational institutions, driven by DSDM principles and cutting-edge image enhancement ichniques. Its real-time capabilities, intuitive interface, and robust facial recognition make it a ansformaiive tool for educational administrators, providing a model for the integration of ichnology in education.
