ABSTRACT


This research work tends to examine the determinants of customer loyalty

among household purchases from grocery stores in Abia State. The main

objective of the study was to ascertain the determinants of grocery stores

loyalty among household in urban area of Abia State .This research work was

carried out using primary data, it was collected through administered

respondents. The researcher also used multiple regression as the model out

carry out the analysis and the statistical tool used was simple descriptive

statistics. This research work covers grocery stores in the urban area of Abia

state only as the population. The research study was conducted in Abia state of

Nigeria which was created on 27th august, 1991 out of the old Imo State. The

researcher found out that grocery stores renders good services than that of

the open market were one purchase goods and services in bulk based on the

findings the researcher recommends that the operators of grocery store

should center on providing services required by customers, they make

available goodS and services at affordable prices.
