ABSTRACT
The research work x-rays the meaning, importance, application areas of Customer relationship management system (CRM) and how the customer and the company stand to benefit, having the telecommunication company in mind (MTN,Nigeria).A critical analysis of company-customer relationship is done and the essence of improving their relationship explained. From the data gathered from the company management and employee, a software program was designed and implemented, using Visual Basics as the programming language environment and MS-Access as the database platform.
