ABSTRACT
This project deals with the design and construction of a remote controlled car security system.555 Timers were utilized to obtain the Monostable and Astable pulses required for the acceleration of the Decade counter and the alarm system respectively. While the first two Chapters dealt with the introduction and review of the advancement of remote control devices dating back to 1898 respectively, the Chapters 3 and 4 discussed the design and implementation of the project including the Block diagram, Design measurements/Layout, Mathematical calculations/Analysis, Testing, Troubleshooting and operating procedure. The problems encountered, recommendations and bill of quantities were discussed in the final Chapter.
