ABSTRACT

For the purpose of amplifying audio signals through three stages, we had involved some useful electrical and electronics devices and systems. Such devices and systems include the transistors, resistors, 741 op-amp, amplifier units coupling capacitor and grounders. Preliminary experiment were first carried out to determine the match ability of the components and their point of signal optimization, the point at which they respond most desirably to signal input or output achieving the design solution were synthesized and a choice of an economic method which would satisfy the objective was made. Based on the corollaries guiding the performance of audio amplifier systems, the various components were establishes and their parameters conformed to acceptable standards. The appropriate components were subsequently selected and coupled according to the design. The system was then assembled and tested thereafter. After testing, it was found to perform efficiently and thus satisfied the objective for which it was designed.
