ABSTRACT
The 1.5KVA stabilizer is simply a device used to stabilize voltage fluctuation for electrical and electronic appliances. This device keeps the voltage level from the public power supply system constant. In other words, the maximum and minimum ranges of voltage are maintained in order to achieve a stable voltage Output of 220 V. The stabilizers also serve as a protective device for the appliances connected directly to it with the help a fuse. While the stabilizer is connected to regulate the voltage output to 220V, for the safety of our appliances. The stabilization is achieved through the control circuit which comprises of relay, delay, transformer, fuse and other components. The control circuit does the work cut and boost of voltage in case of low voltage and high voltage respectively. If the voltage drops from 220V to 180V, the stabilizer will boost the voltage to normal, while when the voltage increases above 220V to 260v which is not normal, it does the work of cut. The relays are triggered from the last stage of the operational amplifier. By this arrangement, an improved voltage stabilizer is achieved and hereby presented in this work.
