Abstract

Multimedia system is a system that uses a combination of different contents forms such as audio, image animation, video and interactive contact. Multimedia contact with audio that uses only rudimentary computer control such as text only or traditional forms of printed or hand produce materials to deliver educational material for easy teaching and learning. Multimedia learning system consist of animation and narration, which offers a potential venue for improving student understanding. Cloud based learning on interactive multimedia learning reviews strong positive effects on learning. Which among others includes that learning takes less time, is enjoyed more and increase learning. In the process of evaluating the solution and specification of a detailed online base solution, there is need for system design. In designing the new system, the software and hardware aspects where taken into consideration in other to produce a workable website that will allow effective and efficient communication between the lecturer and student.
