Automated Management Information’s Systems Of Leasing Company

ABSTRACT

This work is basically about automating the management of information system in a leasing company. Also in considering the management of information system, its application, 1assification, importance and role in business were properly treated. Given the history of leasing and its operations, they were able to manage very few customers and at that time it was easy for them to deal with papers basically known as the manual system where every operation constituted human interaction which inevitable will result to the possibility of error. But with technology being the order of the day and also considering the large number of people operating a lease facility today, it has become necessary to develop the system that will solve the problems outlined above. Primary and Secondary data gathered from the respondents were employed during the project. Microsoft Access 2003 was used to design the database form. Finally, a modular software was designed and developed in Visual Basic 6.0 environment to implement the database created for easy operation and data management of the lease.
