ATM Service Centre Location Using GPS

ABSTRACT

This project work deals with the development of an ATh4 service centre locator using GPS (Global positioning system). It is developed to take care of all the procedures involved in locating various ATM centres via GPS. This research is to develop an ATM finder mobile web application for easy location and broadcasting of the ATM status. It is also develop a system that will capture ATM centres using GPS. It is also develop a system that will locate a close by ATM from the user's present position. Global Positioning System (GPS) is has been widely used in many fields. At first, it is used for the purpose of military force's needs. Then, the uses of GPS has extended into people's lifestyle, where they can use it for hiking purpose, as traveling direction, and etc. Besides that, it is useful for user to search for nearby amenities — restaurants, petrol stations, banks and more, especially for someone who is unfamiliar to new location. Therefore, the aim of this prcect is to develop an ATM iuu.wi wr mobile 4ppIi.aL1on. IJev1opu tucuious aie enuiiy ilioulic system will instantly tell the user where the closest ATM located from their current location does. Hence, this system is developed with the use ofjava,PFIP,CSS for styling and MYSQL.
