Documentation is very important in life. Keeping valuable documents are very important to the owner as well as to relations. In research and learning, it is of great value in the sense that researchers normally depend on other documented researched works to back their claims. It is the bases upon which researchers rely on. In learning, it is a continuous action as new items and objectives are being learnt through recorded documents. In essence, these documents are academically called archives and records.
