An Automated Transcript Generating System

ABSTRACT

 An Automated Transcript Generating System is a software solution, which allows on institution (University) to register courses, upload examination results and generate students trar script via an online environment. This can be done through the Internet, Intranet and1or Local Area Network environments. Some of the problems faced by manually iss iing transcripts are delays in result processing, filing problems, filtering of records, high chances of loss of students' records and also, difficulty in record searching. Maintenance of the system is also very difficult and takes lot of time and effort. PHP will be used as t e server-side programming language to achieve the project because of its flexibility anil robustness; Mysqi will be used as the database management system, while HTML/CSS viii be used for the design/presentation of the user interface (Forms).
