Impact Of Tax Reform On The Nigerian Economy A Critical Analysis

ABSTRACT

 This study is aimed at evaluating the IMPACT OF TAX PERFORM ON THE NIGERIA ECONOMY, A CRITICAL ANALYSIS. The researcher uses both quantitative and qualitative models of enquiry in order to analyze properly the issues raised. The approach adopted of this work was based on the premise that an appropriate research methodology was one that produces fairly. A reasonable and reliable result of the objective of the study. In the cause of this study, data was collected from both primary and secondary sources, the primary source include the responses from questionnaire, while the abstraction from textbooks, journals, and unpublished material were for secondary data. To guide the study four research questions and three hypotheses were formulated. A review of literature was done to ensure social, conclusion of the study. A structured questionnaire was developed and administered by the research to 190 respondents made up of households, tax consultants, tax administrators, corporate bodies and other stakeholders. For further information o result, regression analyses were used for the hypothesis, therein, while table analyses were used for the research questions, some of the major findings were highlighted.
